Required Parent Note

If your child is absent from school, you will receive attendance notifications via email and text message from ParentSquare at the times listed below:

• 11:15 AM for Elementary Students

• 5:30 PM for Secondary Students

To submit an attendance note for an absence, parents/guardians may use the app or the link provided in the text or email notification. Simply click the “Send Note to School” button. The note will be sent to the school's attendance office.

If you need to submit an absence request or upload a doctor’s note, please email the campus Attendance Office. The campus Attendance Email Addresses are available here.

Absences are also visible in Skyward Family Access under the attendance menu.
